CANCELLATION POLICY

-Cancellation within less than a 24-hour notice of appointment time will be charged the full remaining balance of the service. Rescheduling within less than a 24-hour notice of appointment time will result in a $35 rescheduling fee on top of service charge. Guests past 15 minutes late will have their appointment cancelled and considered "no-show". All no-shows will be charged the full remaining balance of the service plus a no-show fee of $35. Please be sure to contact the spa for any schedule changes or cancellations.
